We are currently in the process of developing a specialized application allowing for automatic bulk submission of music listings. Right now, we are offering the following procedure:

Note 1: All information requested below must be submitted via e-mail to bulk@vinylbid.com
Note 2: We are aware that people maintain their item information in varying ways, so we are flexible in processing the information you can provide us. We will work with you to make this process as easy as possible.
Note 3: A status e-mail is sent to you at the conclusion of each auction, for each listing you have with us. Due to the potentially large volume of e-mails you may receive from us when selling bulk quantities, you will only receive closing e-mails for successful auctions.

The Process:

1. Register, and submit your VinylBid UserName to us.

2. Submit a tab- or comma-delimited database file of your item information (such as Excel or Access etc.) containing the following fields for each item:

• Format (CD or Vinyl; if only selling one type, seperately specify so in your email)
• Artist Name
• Album Title
• Label
• Auction duration (3,5, 7, or 10 days; if one duration applies to all, seperately specify so in your email)
• Opening bid for each item (in US$; if using foreign currency, we will convert to US$ at same day's exchange rate)
• Reserve Price (if applicable)
• Item style (e.g. House) & sub-style (e.g. Deep, Progressive, Hard etc.); if sub-style is unknown, the item will be posted under the "General" section of that style.

3. Submit An item description

The item description can contain HTML, and specific item information, such as artist name, album title, label, year, condition, shipping & payment terms, links to your site etc.; this section will make each of your listings more attractive and informative to potential bidders.

You can submit the item description in one of two ways:

1. Enter a "Description" field into the above database file, with pre-made HTML description data you may already have for each item,
   OR
2. Provide us with a template for each item description, with placeholders for variable data (such as item information etc.), which we can merge for you. Your template can contain your general shipping & payment terms, you company logo, or any other information you wish to be conveyed in each listing. This template may be submitted within the body of your email to us, or in a standard word-processing file format.

4. Tell us your shipping & payement terms which include:

• Your Accepted Payment Methods (money order, credit card etc.)
• Shipping Costs
• Shipping Limits (US only, UK only, International, etc.)
• Ship Via... information

This information can be included in your item description above; if it is provided there, you can skip this step.
