VinylBid encourages its members to review
feedback left on a user twice before submitting it, along with
the use of good judgment in determining the comments they leave. In
almost all cases feedback is permanent, and will be reviewed and read
by the entire VinylBid community for as long as that member remains
affiliated with the VinylBid site. Remember, if you leave an unnecessarily
or overly harsh comment on a user's profile, the user can easily do
the same with your profile as well. Furthermore, you could be held legally
responsible if a Court finds that the feedback left by you on another
user's profile constitutes defamation or libel. As our policy, however,
VinylBid will consider the removal of feedback
only under the following circumstances:

when profane or vulgar
language, including any racist or hate comments are left on a
user's profile. In the case of profane language, the offending party
will automatically receive a 30 day suspension from the VinylBid community.
We do not tolerate any racist or hate comments on our website, and
any such action shall result in an immediate expulsion from the VinylBid
community.

Feedback that contains
any personally identifiable information about a user, such
as real name, phone number, address, e-mail, etc. will be automatically
deleted. The offending party will get an initial warning, and subsequent
offences may result in suspensions.

When feedback is left
by a member who has provided VinylBid with false or fake contact
information (or a minor who has posed as an adult), any feedback
left by the user shall be deleted, and further disciplinary action
will be considered.

When Feedback has
been inadvertently placed by a user for the wrong member, VinylBid
shall remove this feedback provided that 1) VinylBid is informed within
48 hours of the feedback being left, and 2) The user has already placed
the feedback on the correct member's feedback profile.

If the feedback contains
a link to another website or makes mention of any other website
or service offered on the Internet. In this case, the Security Squad
shall investigate the offence, and either issue a warning or suspension
to the offending party.

If the feedback has
nothing to do with the corresponding auction listing, and makes
comments about the user which have nothing to do with the VinylBid
website. This will be investigated on a case-by-case basis by the
VinylBid Security Squad.

If VinylBid is provided
with a legal Court order to remove the feedback left on an
auction user's profile.

Any harassment of
a user by means of the Feedback mechanism shall lead to removal
of the offending feedback once an investigation by the Security Squad
has come to a conclusion, and the offending parties have been appropriately
reprimanded.
