The Security
Squad can be contacted by sellers (via the VinylBid Non-Paying
Bidder Form) who have had winning bidders default on the payment of their
auction, or who simply need to have VinylBid remind them to pay their seller.
Make sure to read our Non-Paying Bidder
Policy before taking further action.
Monitoring
Auctions
The Security Squad regularly checks the various auction listings
available on the site to ensure that all listings conform to the standards outlined
in the VinylBid Auction Listing Policy.
Feedback
Removal
The Security Squad will remove feedback from a user's profile in a case where
such feedback constitutes a violation of the VinylBid Feedback
Removal Policy.
Security
Concerns
The Security Squad addresses
any security concerns members may have about the protection of credit card information,
personally identifiable information, etc. by answering any questions users may
have on this and other security issues.
Suspensions
The Security Squad will suspend and/or expel members of the VinylBid community
from access to the website as per the terms outlined in the User
agreement.
